Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Room AI handles information when you use the iOS app and this website. “Room AI,” “we,” and “us” refer to the provider of the Room AI app. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to linggakusumasakti@gmail.com.

Information used to provide the app

• Photos, reference photos, and prompts. You choose photos from your library or capture them with the camera. When you request a generation, the selected image(s) and your prompt are sent to our image-processing provider, Replicate, to create the requested result.
• Projects saved on your device. Generated images, source/reference images, prompts, and related design choices are stored in the app’s local project library so you can view them again. We do not operate a Room AI account system or a separate Room AI cloud project library.
• Purchase information and an app identifier. The app creates a random identifier stored in the iOS Keychain. RevenueCat uses that identifier and Apple purchase/entitlement information to provide subscriptions, restore purchases, and determine available features. We do not receive your full payment-card information.
• Support messages. If you email us, we receive the information you include, such as your email address and the details of your request.

How we use information

We use selected photos and prompts only to process the generation you ask for; saved local projects to show your project history; the subscription identifier and entitlement information to provide and restore paid access; and support messages to respond to you. We do not sell personal information or use the app for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Service providers and sharing

We share only the information needed to run the requested service: images and prompts with Replicate for image processing, and the random app identifier plus purchase/entitlement data with RevenueCat for subscription management. These providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. We expect providers to use appropriate safeguards and do not authorize them to use your data for unrelated advertising.

Retention and deletion

Your saved projects remain on your device until you delete them in the app or remove the app, subject to any device backup settings you control. The app sends generation data to Replicate only when you request processing; Replicate documents that API prediction inputs, outputs, and logs are removed after one hour by default, but its current practices and any model-provider practices govern that processing. Read Replicate’s data-retention documentation for current details.

To request help with a privacy request or to withdraw consent for future optional photo/camera access, email us. You can also stop providing photos, revoke camera or photo-library permissions in iOS Settings, delete local projects, cancel a subscription through Apple, or delete the app. We retain support emails only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and maintain records where required.

Security, children, and changes

Photos and data are transmitted using network encryption provided by the relevant services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please do not submit information you do not want processed for the requested feature. Room AI is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the app changes; the effective date above will be updated when we do.
